A California native, Cameron joined the Casper team in late 2019. His easy way with people and dedication to learning our industry and supporting our customers made it easy to see him as part of our team.
Gosh, what to say about John? A Rock Springs native, John joined RMA in 1988. He uses his knowledge and experience in the atmospheric gas distribution and supplies business to greatly benefit the customers at the Rock Springs store. He demonstrates his dedication to his customers and his team every day.
Clark thrives on building positive and lasting relationships with his customers, characterized by the respect, courtesy, and integrity that drives him in everything he does. With 30 years of industry experience at RMA, he demonstrates an unfailing dedication to his customers, his team, and his company.
Todd uses his Utah State University degree in Welding Engineering Technology to supply the best gases and tools to aid his customers with their various welding processes. Todd cuts to the chase in conversations and meets the needs of his customers with very little fanfare. He sets a high standard for his team every day.
Brady Joined RMA in 2014 after finishing his Master’s degree in Public Administration. He specializes in the Cryo industries, and also brings expertise in the industrial, scientific, medical, and manufacturing industries. With his hunger to learn and solve customer challenges, Brady brings our Ogden team energy and the ability to adapt and overcome any and all obstacles. Together, they deliver the flawless dependability that defines Rocky Mountain Air Solutions.

Paul began his career at RMA in 2003, demonstrating an innate understanding that we, employees and customers alike, create this business together. Kathy and Rick Lofgren have owned and directed Rocky Mountain Air Solutions ® since 2000. For them, business is about cultivating long-term partnerships with our customers so that the people we serve know that they can count on us every time.
Inquisitive and determined, Melinda dives into her work from the her first steps in the door. With strength in understanding both motivators and ideas, she is able to both create and consistently update processes to keep our employees achieving higher and higher levels of effectiveness. For Melinda, this important work helps us all engage more deeply in meaningful dialogues with our customers while we build the partnerships that make us who we are today.
Rick has devoted his life to fine tuning his expertise of business practices in the atmospheric gas distribution business. Since his early teenage years, he has read voraciously and learned every new idea and concept with an intensive focus on putting these ideas into practice. As our President, Rick exudes a quiet but formidable leadership style. He mentors his people to serve the customer, challenging the company to strive for greatness.
Earning our place at the table requires asking questions, diligent work, and dedication to the company vision. As one of RMA’s owners, Kathy works with employees to define and establish their place in driving the company forward. She brings to the leadership team both an MBA and a unique perspective that business is also about the care and dedication we show our customers.
With more than 28 years of accounting and finance experience, Teresa joined RMA in 2016. Her dual degrees in Business Administration and Accounting coupled with her extensive experience provide her with a unique skillset. Her tenacity means she keeps working until the numbers are undoubtedly correct.
Passionate about small businesses and their agility, Travis joined RMA in 2012. He brought more than 10 years of experience working a variety of roles in business. His dual degrees in English and Accounting, coupled with his experience, allow Travis to combine a creative thought process with a business mindset.
When she joined RMA in 2014 Ginny brought more than 25 years of management and accounting experience. Her breadth of knowledge has allowed her to wear many hats, initially as the Accounts Receivable Specialist before adding on the responsibilities of the Executive Support and Staff Development Coordinator.
Patty began her career at RMA in 2004 as the Accounts Receivable Specialist. Immediately, she overhauled every process in the AR and AP departments, creating greater efficiency and accuracy for the customer. Today, she uses her role as Office/Auditing and Compliance Manager to continue to support the customer.
When she joined us in 2014, Erin spent a lot of time reading and asking questions about who we are and why. Today she focuses on translating core business concepts into our daily dialogue, conversing with the company about how we look at our business culture and how that translates into our daily work.
